This interview with Stéphane Hamel, freelance consultant at Immeria, was recorded during the Web Analytics Congres 2010 in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Stéphane, invited by Adversitement, gave a workshop “Roadmap to online analytics success” where he talked about his Online Analytics Maturity Model and went into it underlying approach.
In the interview, Stéphane discusses his Online Analytics Maturity Model (OAMM) and his motivation to develop the tool. He also talks about tips on performing a good self assessment and what the effect is of managerial support on progression within the model.
