Thank you for including Uservoice in this great review of feedback tools. Naturally, I'm biased, and want everyone in the world to try out UserVoice.com But, I'm most excited that more and more companies are exploring an interest in discovering what their users want (rather than focusing all their time and resources on telling their users what to think).

It is the customers who have figured out that they can tell companies, "It's my way or the highway"! I am discovering more and more stories every day about companies whose success is directly related to their willingness to listen to their users and respond to their feedback.

Again, thank you for exploring this topic!
